This two bedroom one bath vacation condo is spacious and was upgraded for your comfort. Featuring 950 sqft the owner tastefully decorated it preserving its historic flavor. This unit is located in the South West section of the building on the ground floor. Take advantage of its beautiful balcony and enjoy the Miami weather. The apartment has been set with air conditioning system for the summer and is fully equipped for a pleasant stay: towels, sheets, coffee maker, stereo, etc.

The unit is full of light and very fresh. The living room is nicely furnished and comes with an old chimney (non working) that bringing a glamorous ambience. The dining area is adjacent to the renovated kitchen. The complete bathroom has beige marble and offers a convenient bathtub.

The first bedroom is very spacious for your comfort and it comes with a queen size bed. The second bedroom offers two twin beds. The apartment will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with a sofa bed present in the living room. The floor is a wood throughout the unit. The apartment is equipped with an alarm system and a safe to protect your belongings. This vacation apartment is perfectly maintained and regularly inspected by our team, so that you will enjoy your staying in Miami. A property manager is on call in order solve any issues you might have while staying with us. Washers and dryers (coins) are available on the premises.
