A 37’’ flat LCD is in the living room and another tv set is also in the master bedroom. It is the perfect house to rent for big families or friends, together but yet with privacy.

The living room is spacious and full of light coming through big and tall windows that embrace the whole room. The kitchen is cozy with a breakfast area. The adjoining formal dining area is great for groups that like to entertain.

The bedrooms are split between the two levels:
Ground floor: the master bedroom and 1 bedroom. The spacious master bedroom is isolated and grants privacy, the marble bathroom is just a delight, from the bed the water and the pool area can be seen. A Queen size bed is in a beautiful bedroom with a large patio door overlooking the pool area.

First floor: the 2 bedrooms are elegantly furnished, the first with 2 small beds and the second with 1 large queen size bed, floors are wooden.

The backyard is gorgeous with a large swimming pool facing the water where you can see yachts and sail by. You can relax in the lounge chairs sunbathing or have a great time while cooking on the barbecue. This vacation rental has water views from almost every room of the house. It can accommodate up to 12 people. to help you with a rainy day, we've put in a Pool table as well as a PlayStation with some video games.
